StrikeForce Challengers Series is upon us! Come on out this Thursday evening to support Steve Dickey and Jesse Tobar as they weigh in for their first StrikeForce Event!

Lori Henderson "Liquid" Pays a Visit to the Shamrock Fight Team!

We had a great visit from Robert "Liquid" Cole, one of Shamrock MMA's Black Shirts and a previous instructor with Frank for many years!!
