I had a chance to teach the Wild Cats kids program tonight (with the help of Casey and Ray) and what a great class. The kids are really picking up the flow of grappling and working well as a class/team. I am very proud of them. Frank

Posture is the key to good health. Some tools for making your posture better is using a stability ball. Use it instead of a chair or bench when you work out or watch tv and i guarantee your posture will improve.

Posture is Important

Posture is the key to good health. Some tools for making your posture better is using a stability ball. Use it instead of a chair or bench when you work out or watch tv and i guarantee your posture will improve.

Graduation Day

Today I'm going to my nieces graduation in Paso Robles. Amy, Nic and I are taking a road trip down there. I'm so excited to see my niece Chynna graduate. She will be off to college next year and I very proud of her. I did a CT scan for my ribs a couple days ago and I'm still waiting for word back on whats wrong with me. I taught class last night.
