The Fitness Fighting program follows three simple principles of
protection:
* Awareness or Distance: Being aware enables you to
control the distance. Control the distance to mount a defense or
attack.
* Defense or Attack: If you are under attack, you must defend.

incorporated into every workout. Each workout is the simulation and
defense of an invasion into your personal space.
