Fitness Fighting (F2) is an entirely new and innovative training program that incorporates realistic, practical, and modern self-defense philosophy within a scientifically designed aerobic and muscular conditioning workout.

The F2 training program is a simple step-by-step full body workout designed to protect you from the dangers of day-to-day life expectancies; at all times.

Empower your body and your confidence with the ingenious approach to a new fitness lifestyle.

The Fitness Fighting program follows three simple principles of protection:

* Awareness or Distance: Being aware enables you to control the distance. Control the distance to mount a defense or attack.
* Defense or Attack: If you are under attack, you must defend.
* Escape


Each of the three principles of Fitness Fighting will be incorporated into every workout. Each workout is the simulation and defense of an invasion into your personal space.

Get ready to burn some calories and have some fun. Classes are for all skill levels and intermediate fitness levels.
